Before you reach out

Answers to the questions we get most often from wholesale buyers.

What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pairs per design per colour. This applies across all categories — men's, women's, kids, bamboo, woollen and all others. Multiple designs can be combined in a single shipment.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Physical samples are dispatched within 5 business days of receiving your brief. International courier typically takes 5–10 days depending on your location.
Can you put our brand on the socks?
Yes — full private labelling is available. We can knit your logo directly into the sock, produce custom swing tags and header cards, and supply retail-ready packaging to your spec.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before shipment. For repeat buyers, extended terms may be discussed. All pricing is quoted in INR or USD FOB Delhi.
Do you offer GOTS or organic certified products?
We use GOTS-certified organic cotton and GRS-traceable recycled yarn in our production. While the raw materials we source are certified — so the quality and origin of the yarn meets those standards.
What is your production lead time?
Standard production is 25–35 days after sample approval and order confirmation. Rush orders may be possible depending on current capacity — please mention your deadline when you write.
